What is StickyPrompts?
One AI workspace for your whole company: every major model, your prompts and documents, agents, automations and business tools, with the controls admins need.
StickyPrompts gives your company one place to work with AI. Everyone chats with the leading models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and others, saves the prompts that work, grounds answers in your own documents, and hands repeat work to agents and scheduled workflows. Admins decide which models are allowed, where data lives and which sensitive information never reaches a model.
Who it is for
- Everyone at the company. Marketing, sales, support, operations and finance use it to write, research, analyse and summarise, without juggling separate AI subscriptions.
- Team leads and power users. They turn good prompts into shared templates, build agents that know the team’s documents, and automate the reports that used to take an afternoon.
- Workspace owners and admins. They invite people, organise teams, choose which models and providers each team can use, set guardrails for sensitive data and keep a record of what happened.
- Developers. They reach the same workspace from their own code through the REST API, or from an MCP client such as Claude or Cursor.
The building blocks
| Building block | What it gives you | Learn more |
|---|---|---|
| Chat with every major model | Claude, GPT, Gemini, Grok, Kimi, DeepSeek, Llama, Mistral, Qwen and more in one composer. Pick a model yourself or let auto-select choose the best model for the job. | Choosing a model |
| Compare models | Send one prompt to several models and read the answers side by side. | Compare models |
| Team chats | Talk things through with your team in one shared chat and mention @ai when you want the model to answer. | Team chats |
| Prompt library | Save prompts with {{variables}}, a model and a response style, then share them with your team or the whole workspace. | Prompt library |
| Projects | Group the chats, files, prompts and instructions for one piece of work. | Projects |
| Knowledge bases | Upload your documents once. Answers cite the exact file they came from. | Knowledge bases |
| Agents | Reusable assistants with their own instructions, tools, knowledge and model. | Agents |
| Workflows | Run an agent with fixed instructions automatically, on a schedule. | Workflows |
| Apps | Ready-made tools: transcription, Excel AI, a document editor, and image, video, music and speech generation. | All apps |
| Integrations | Connect email sending, your CRM and your databases so the AI can look things up and act. | How integrations work |
| Admin and governance | Users and teams, model and provider access, guardrails and redaction, data residency and a privacy log. | Workspace settings |
| API and MCP | A REST API and an MCP server, authenticated with API keys you create in Settings. | Developer overview |
How it fits together
The pieces build on each other, so work you do once keeps paying off.
- Start in chat. Ask a question, attach a file, pick a model. Most people spend most of their time here.
- Keep what works. When a prompt gives you a great result, save it to the prompt library so you and your colleagues can run it again with new inputs.
- Give the AI your context. Put reference documents in a knowledge base and pick it from the composer, or gather a piece of work in a project with its own files and instructions.
- Package the job. An agent bundles instructions, knowledge, tools and a model into an assistant anyone on the team can chat with, and get the same behaviour every time.
- Let it run. A workflow runs a job on a schedule, for example a sales report email every Monday morning, and keeps a history of every run.
- Connect your systems. With integrations, a single chat request can look up deals in Pipedrive, query your PostgreSQL database and send the summary by email.
Underneath all of it, admins set the rules once for the whole workspace: which models each team may use, which sensitive values are redacted before they reach a model, and where data is stored.
Where your data lives
New workspaces store chats, files and audit records in the European Union by default, and inference is routed only to EU-served endpoints. US hosting is available on request for Enterprise plans. Admins can add further constraints and see the effect on the model catalog before saving. See Data residency.
