Workspace settings

The General tab of your workspace - its name, subscription status, domain-based joining and the danger zone - and a map of every other Workspace tab.

The Workspace page is where owners and admins set the rules for everyone. Its General tab holds the settings that shape the whole workspace: what it is called, the state of the subscription, and who can join by email domain. The instructions every model receives now live on their own tab, AI Behaviour.

Find the workspace settings

Open the Workspace page (app.stickyprompts.com/workspace). The left-hand menu has one tab per area:

Rename the workspace

  1. Open General

On the Workspace page, select General. The Workspace Name card shows the current name, for example Demo Inc.

  2. Select Rename

Select Rename, enter the new name and confirm.

Use the name people know the company by. It is how members recognise which workspace they are in.

Subscription status

The Subscription Status card is a quick health check. It shows:

  • the plan name and whether it is Active,
  • Subscription started and Next billing date,
  • the plan fee,
  • Credits Balance: credits left out of the plan’s allowance,
  • Full Users: how many of the plan’s seats are in use, such as “1 of 10 spaces used”.

Select Manage subscription to change plan or top up credits. See Usage, credits and billing.

Workspace prompt

The Workspace Prompt, which extends the system prompt of every AI model for everyone in the workspace, has moved from the General tab to the AI Behaviour tab, next to workspace snippets and workspace response styles. See AI behaviour.

Workspace domain

The Workspace Domain setting turns on domain-based joining: people with an email address at your company’s domain can join the workspace without being invited one by one. Use it when everyone at the domain should have access. If you need to approve each person, leave it off and invite people from User Management.

Danger zone

The Danger Zone at the bottom of the General tab holds actions that affect the whole workspace and cannot be undone. Read the confirmation carefully before you continue, and make sure anything you need - such as an export of the Privacy Log - is saved first.
