Usage, credits and billing

How usage is measured in credits, where to see it - from the sidebar meter to the full Usage Statistics reports - and how to change plan or top up credits.

AI usage in StickyPrompts is measured in credits. Your plan includes a monthly allowance, and admins can see exactly where it goes: by day, by model and by person. That makes it easy to spot the teams getting the most out of AI, and to plan ahead.

How credits work

  • Every model has a credit multiplier. The model selector shows it next to each model, with an estimate of credits per message, so people can see the weight of a choice before they make it. More capable models use more credits; lighter models use fewer. Pick the best model for the job. See Choosing a model.
  • Plans include credits. Your plan comes with a monthly credit allowance (Plan Credits).
  • Top-ups add more. Credits you buy on top of the plan show separately as Additional Credits and Available Topup Credits.

The usage meter

Everyone sees a usage meter at the bottom of the left sidebar: the month, the share of credits used, and the credits used out of the total, for example “92K / 120K credits”. It is the quickest way to see how the month is going.

Usage Statistics

On the Workspace page, open Usage Statistics for the full picture of AI usage across your workspace.

Filters

Report Filters narrow any report:

  • From Date and To Date set the period.
  • User (Optional) focuses on one person; leave it on All users for the whole workspace.
  • AI Model (Optional) focuses on one model; leave it on All models for everything.

Select Refresh to reload the numbers after changing filters.

Reading the Credit Report

  • Model Type Distribution splits credit usage by model category, Premium Models and Standard Models, with the share of each.
  • Credit Sources shows where the credits came from: Plan Credits from your subscription and Additional Credits from top-ups.

Subscription

Open Subscription on the Workspace page to manage your plan.

  • Current Plan shows your plan, its status, when the subscription started, the next billing date and the plan fee.
  • Choose Plan lets you explore other plans. Upgrading gives access to additional features and higher usage limits, and you can downgrade at any time.
  • Top Up Credits adds credits straight away, without changing your plan.
  • Usage Statistics at the bottom of the tab shows Available Credits and Available Topup Credits against what has been used.

You can also reach this tab from Manage subscription on the General tab.
