Do I need to set up API keys or integrations?

What AI models are available?

Can I try StickyPrompts for free?

Pricing and Subscription Questions

Section titled “How does the credit system work?”You purchase a monthly or annual plan that includes a certain number of credits. Different AI models use different amounts of credits based on their capabilities:
- Economy models (like Mistral 7B): Very few credits
- Standard models (like GPT-4 Turbo): Moderate credits
- Premium models (like Claude 3.7 Sonnet): More credits
- Specialized models: Variable based on complexity
What happens if I run out of credits?
Section titled “What happens if I run out of credits?”You can purchase additional credit packages that are valid for 12 months. You can also upgrade your plan at any time for more monthly credits. We’ll send alerts before you run low.
Can I change my plan anytime?
Section titled “Can I change my plan anytime?”Yes! Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle to ensure you get the full value of your current plan.
Do you offer refunds?
Section titled “Do you offer refunds?”We don’t offer refunds because:
- We clearly communicate what you get with each plan
- You can try StickyPrompts for free before subscribing
- AI models generate real costs that we cannot recover
- All features and limitations are transparently documented
We encourage you to fully test the platform with free credits before choosing a subscription.

AI Models and Performance

- Quick tasks & social media: Claude 3 Haiku, GPT-3.5 Turbo
- Content creation: Claude 3.5 Sonnet, GPT-4 Turbo

Can I switch between models during a conversation?
Section titled “Can I switch between models during a conversation?”Yes! You can switch models at any point in your conversation. Each model will see the full conversation history, making it easy to compare responses or use different models for different parts of your task.
Why do some models cost more credits than others?
Section titled “Why do some models cost more credits than others?”Credit usage reflects the computational cost and capabilities of each model. More advanced models with better reasoning, longer context windows, or specialized capabilities (like image processing) require more resources and thus more credits.
Are there usage limits?
Section titled “Are there usage limits?”Your only limit is your credit allocation. There are no artificial daily limits, rate limits, or restrictions on how you use your credits. Use them as fast or as slowly as you want.
What if a model is temporarily unavailable?
Section titled “What if a model is temporarily unavailable?”Sometimes models may be offline for maintenance. When this happens:
- Try a similar alternative model
- Check back in a few minutes
- Use our status indicators to see model availability
- All models are regularly maintained to ensure high availability
Team and Collaboration

- Prompt library: Share templates across your team
- Role-based access: Control who can create, edit, or view prompts

How many team members can I have?
Section titled “How many team members can I have?”Different plans include different numbers of team members:
- Starter plans: Limited team members
- Professional plans: More team members
- Business plans: Larger team capacity
- Enterprise plans: Custom team size limits

How do I invite team members?
Section titled “How do I invite team members?”Organization admins can invite new members by email through the team management dashboard. Invited users receive an email to join your organization and access shared resources.
Can team members see each other’s private prompts?
Section titled “Can team members see each other’s private prompts?”No. You can choose to keep prompts private or share them with the organization. Private prompts remain visible only to you unless you explicitly share them.
How is billing handled for teams?
Section titled “How is billing handled for teams?”One organization pays for all members. The plan cost covers your included team members, plus credit usage by all team members combined.
Can I control which models team members can access?
Section titled “Can I control which models team members can access?”This depends on your plan. Enterprise plans offer granular controls over model access, spending limits, and user permissions.
Technical Questions
Section titled “Technical Questions”Is there a mobile app?
Section titled “Is there a mobile app?”Currently, StickyPrompts is optimized as a responsive web application that works great on mobile browsers. A dedicated mobile app is being considered for future development.
Is there an API?
Section titled “Is there an API?”API access is planned for future release. Currently, you can access all functionality through our web interface and browser extension.
Does the browser extension work on all websites?
Section titled “Does the browser extension work on all websites?”The Chrome extension works on most websites. Some sites with strict security policies may limit extension functionality. The extension respects website permissions and privacy settings.
Can I export my prompts and data?
Section titled “Can I export my prompts and data?”Yes! You can export your prompt templates and conversation history. We believe in data portability and never lock you into our platform.
What browsers are supported?

- Chrome (recommended for extension)
- Firefox

- Modern mobile browsers
Can I use StickyPrompts offline?
Section titled “Can I use StickyPrompts offline?”No, StickyPrompts requires an internet connection to access AI models. However, you can prepare prompts offline and use them when connected.
Privacy and Security

Section titled “Is my data secure?”Yes! We implement industry-standard security measures:
- Data encryption in transit and at rest
- SOC 2 compliance procedures
- Regular security audits
- GDPR compliance for EU users
Do you train AI models on my data?
Section titled “Do you train AI models on my data?”No! We do not train models on your prompts or conversations. Your data remains private and is not used to improve AI models.
Can I delete my data?
Section titled “Can I delete my data?”Yes, you can delete individual conversations, prompts, or your entire account. When you delete data, it’s permanently removed from our systems.
Where is my data stored?
Section titled “Where is my data stored?”Data is stored in secure, SOC 2 compliant data centers. Enterprise customers can choose specific geographic regions or on-premise deployment.
Do you share data with AI providers?
Section titled “Do you share data with AI providers?”Your prompts are sent to AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) for processing, but they’re bound by strict privacy agreements and cannot use your data for training.
Prompt Management
Section titled “Prompt Management”How do variables work in prompts?
Section titled “How do variables work in prompts?”Variables use the format {{VARIABLE_NAME}} and allow you to create reusable templates. When you run a prompt with variables, you’ll be prompted to fill in the values.
Can I organize my prompts into folders?
Section titled “Can I organize my prompts into folders?”Yes! You can create folders and categories to organize your prompts. This makes it easy to find and manage large prompt libraries.
How do I share a prompt with someone outside my organization?
Section titled “How do I share a prompt with someone outside my organization?”You can export prompts and share them manually, or invite external collaborators to your organization if appropriate.
Can I see who created or modified a prompt?
Section titled “Can I see who created or modified a prompt?”Yes, we track prompt creation and modification history so you can see who made changes and when.
Is there a limit to how many prompts I can save?
Section titled “Is there a limit to how many prompts I can save?”No, there are no limits on the number of prompts you can save and organize.
Billing and Account
Section titled “Billing and Account”How do I update my payment method?
Section titled “How do I update my payment method?”Go to your account settings and update your payment information. Changes take effect immediately for future charges.
Can I pause my subscription?
Section titled “Can I pause my subscription?”You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period. Unused credits remain available.
What payment methods do you accept?
Section titled “What payment methods do you accept?”We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal. Enterprise customers can arrange for invoicing.
How do I cancel my account?
Section titled “How do I cancel my account?”You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your subscription continues until the end of your billing period, and you keep access to all features until then.
Can I get usage reports for accounting?
Section titled “Can I get usage reports for accounting?”Yes! Your account dashboard provides detailed usage reports that you can export for expense reporting and accounting purposes.
