Subscription Management
Section titled “Subscription Management”Current Plan Overview
Section titled “Current Plan Overview”View and manage your current subscription details:
Account Dashboard:
- Current Plan: Your active subscription tier (Free, Solo, Team Advanced, Team Professional, Team Mega)
- Billing Cycle: Monthly or annual billing
- Next Billing Date: When your next payment is due
- Credit Balance: Remaining credits (monthly + additional)
- Credit Usage: This month’s consumption
- Team Members: Current user count and limits
Plan Features:
- Included Credits: Monthly credit allocation (shared across team)
- Additional Credits: Extra credits purchased (valid 1 year)
- Team Size: Number of users included in your plan
- Model Access: Available AI models for your plan
Plan Changes

Cancellation Policy
Section titled “Cancellation Policy”Subscription Cancellation:
- Cancel anytime during your billing cycle
- Service continues until the end of current period
- No refunds for partial months
- Data retention for 30 days after cancellation
- Easy reactivation with data restoration
What Happens After Cancellation:
- Immediate: No new charges, service continues
- End of Billing Period: Service stops, data archived
- 30 Days Later: Data permanently deleted (unless reactivated)
Billing Cycles & Payment
